Pre-Ground

Tungsten Electrodes

Diamond Ground Products (DGP) specializes in pre-ground tungsten electrodes for all welding applications and disciplines.

That is why we've been known as "The Tungsten Electrode Experts" since we opened our doors in 1992. Everything we do begins and ends with this important variable in mind and it is that focus that makes us the industry leader in tungsten electrodes and tungsten electrode preparation. DGP electrodes are manufactured to the strictest tolerances on precision CNC grinding machines with advanced programming and CAD CAM capability. Our tungsten welding electrodes are designed to maximize the productivity of welders, keeping them welding and not spending their valuable time grinding tungsten. The quality of our tungsten also helps ensure high-quality and consistent welds that limit errors and scrap unlike any other tungsten on the market. It's not an exaggeration to say that DGP produces the highest quality tungsten electrodes at the most reasonable prices available on the market today. Re-Ground Tungsten Electrode Service

DGP produces the highest quality pre-ground tungsten electrodes on the market. We also are able to take your used tungsten electrodes and re-grind them to the exact same tolerances they started with. We call this our Re-Ground Tungsten Electrode Service. Send us your spent tungsten welding electrodes and DGP will regrind them to meet or exceed the tolerances and finish required. Re-ground tungsten electrodes save you time and money and are available in 3 days or less turn around.

1

Receive your spent tungsten electrodes.

2

Inspect & inventory your spent tungsten electrodes.

3

Internally submit production instructions.

4

Diamond cut off spent electrode tips.

5

CNC re-grind new electrode tips.

6

Inspect first article to specifications.

7

Run the lot inspecting every part.

8

Ultra Sonically clean electrodes.

9

Correctly package & ship your re-ground electrodes.

Orbital Welding Electrodes

Orbital welding systems — in combination with properly prepared orbital welding electrodes — offer welders the ability to produce high-quality welds that are remarkably consistent at speeds that far surpass anything that can be done by most manual welders.

In fact, orbital welding systems, offer a number of benefits. These include, but are not limited to:

Productivity – A professional orbital welding system will produce precision welds at a rate unmatched by other welding methods, especially manual welding.

Quality – Once dialed in with a proper weld program, orbital welding systems provide the ability to make repeatable welds to the strictest of tolerances with little more than the push of a button.

Skill – Orbital welding systems allow operators with lesser experience to create welds that were once limited to the most skilled welders in the industry. This also includes applications where space may be limited or rotating / moving the tube is not possible.

However, all these advantages are lost if the smallest part of the equation is not given the proper attention it requires: the orbital welding electrode.

Diamond Ground Products advanced C.N.C. grinding & polishing machines offer you the highest quality orbital electrodes at the lowest possible price.  Our welding electrodes meet or exceed all orbital manufacturer electrode tolerance specifications.

Contact Diamond Ground Products today to discuss your orbital welding applications and how they can benefit from implementing the best tungsten electrodes available in the welding industry.

We can even send you a free tungsten electrode sample to try to prove that our electrodes will change the quality and consistency of every orbital weld you make.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by testing out a Diamond Ground Products electrode. Call us today and we’ll be sure to take care of you as soon as possible.
